Highland cattle are one of the oldest registered beef breeds in the world, renowned for their rugged hardiness, distinctive long horns, and incredible temperament. At Mira Vacca Cattle Co., every animal in our breeding program is fully registered with the American Highland Cattle Association (AHCA). We take immense pride in maintaining strong genetic lines, ethical rotational grazing, and purebred broodstock right here in Western Colorado.
